This a breed of dog, a very popular breed. It is popular because of its obedience and training capabilities. It is a number one guide dog for people with special needs. People who autistic, blind, and handicapped are helped by this breed. 

Labradors are the most wanted breeds  world over for their dependability in aiding people.They also serve in the uniformed services in finding smuggled out drugs, planted bombs etc. 

Their life span is 14 years at most. But if they are not given proper care they may develop health problems. If these dogs are not given proper care they die at 7 years.
